Shoot Fees:
- Hourly rate £125* (minimum of 2 hrs depending on location)
- Half Day Rate £500*
- Full Day £850*
- Post production is charged at £75 per hour and will usually require a minimum of two-hours depending on the number of images required. This includes RAW to jpg or gif conversion, basic retouching, colour and tonal balance to ensure the consistent quality of the images. Composites, montaged images or more complex requirements can be discussed and charged accordingly.
- A basic media headshot session is charged at £175 for a single individual and includes 3 fully retouched digital images, in both high resolution for print and low resolution for online use.
- If travel is required prior to the actual day of the shoot, this will be charged at £100
* Shoot fees are payable on booking to secure the date. Post processing fees are payable on delivery of the final images.
Images will be provided on disc, emailed (dependant on file size and server capacity), or can be downloaded from a secure online gallery.
The images remain the copyright of Nicky Adams Photography, however the shoot fee includes the licence to use the images for all publication and commercial purposes, regardless of media, for the first 12 months of use. However this does not include use by a 3rd party unless prior agreement is made with the photographer.
Travel outside of the M25 will be charged at £0.50p per mile.
Cancellation policy – Less that 48hrs, the fee will be charged in full. Less than one week charged at 50% of the agreed photography fee. If more than one week, no fee is payable and the shoot can be rearranged at a more convenient time.
